too many margarita film

a film review:

What, specifically, are your objections? Was it the kids who enjoy "sniffing glue, killing cats, having sex, riding dirtbikes, listening to black metal, and meeting a cavalcade of quirky, bizarre, and scary people."

Or maybe it was "the man who pimps his mentally ill wife to our anti-heroes" or the "three sisters who play with their cat and practice becoming strippers"?

Or yet, there is also "a black midget fending off the sexual advances of a troubled man (played by the director Harmony Korine), a 12-year-old gay transvestite who is also a cat killer, Solomon's mother who seems to be the only glimpse of sanity, [and] two foul-mouthed six-year olds"

Or were you offended by the "nymphlike skateboarder who walks around town wearing pink rabbit ears"?

JEBUS CRIPS! I feel like I should take a shower just reading this "review"...my eyeballs hurt, too.
It was the tone of the film. Aggressively boring crossed with pretentious. Not one of the most painful films I have ever seen, but possibly in the top five.

Although I am glad to know what Harmony Korine looks like. My fist itches.
So they were SMUG kids who enjoy sniffing glue, killing cats, etc. :)

It sounded awful...I mean, pimping out your mentally ill wife?!?!And the thing about the midget is inexcusable.

Oh hey--I just realized that Harmony is a dude. My bad. That sounds like a chick's name...actually, it sounds like a bad porn name....
Silly pattimst3k, the mentally-ill wife was one of the most human moments in the film. Seriously.
So, anything usable for the Smithees?

And while we're at it, is the A2 Smithees date pinned down yet?
We're pretty set on the 19th, just wrangling the where at the moment. Most likely 1800 Chem but LS&A is being oddly...overly picky about room reservations this year.
...and the worst part of the whole ordeal is that none of it was really Smithee-usable....
